Google is hiring a Software Engineer, Product, AI to join Labs and develop AI-native products and experiences. The role focuses on innovative ways to interact with AI for knowledge processing and sensemaking, aligning output in an undefined product area, and using infrastructure and software-engineering expertise to connect AI models with reliable, scalable production systems. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive software development and full-stack experience, and experience with software design, architecture, and launching consumer products. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
