Charlie Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Practice Management Team, which builds patient-facing financial tools and internal revenue operations products. The role focuses on developing performant features with React, Python, and PostgreSQL; establishing engineering patterns; collaborating with product and design; improving engineering processes; mentoring teammates; and participating in on-call rotations. Candidates need at least seven years of professional experience developing user-facing web applications, production experience with an application programming language, strong ambiguity-management and technical-tradeoff skills, and experience using modern AI tooling. The role is hybrid, with candidates within 75 minutes of the New York City office expected to work from the office four days per week, and offers a target base compensation of $195,000 to $255,000 per year.
