Oscar is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack with a frontend lean, to join its Engineering organization. The role leads technical planning, execution, release, design, and completion of complex applications, infrastructure, and interfaces; mentors engineers; sets technical standards; and guides service-level objectives. It is based in the Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, including a required Thursday. The base pay is $192,000 to $252,000 per year, with benefits, equity, vacation, and performance bonuses.
