Description
Fivetran is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Fusion Adapters and Connectivity team to design and ship Rust-first connectivity layers, execution APIs, and adapter scaffolding. The role partners with dbt compiler, semantic layer, and runtime teams; contributes to Arrow and ADBC open-source specifications; owns CI, testing, profiling, error reporting, and release readiness; and debugs interoperability and performance issues across drivers, engines, and compute domains. Candidates need strong systems-level software engineering experience, open-source or low-level integration experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
