Google is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for Gemini Enterprise Mobile in Poland to own the end-to-end technical and product strategy across iOS and Android. The role sets long-term technical goals and product roadmaps, translates AI capabilities into mobile experiences, builds resilient architectures connecting client state, device hardware, and backend AI infrastructure, maintains enterprise security and compliance standards, and partners with Product, UX, and AI/back-end teams while mentoring executive engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of mobile application development experience, 5 years of software product testing and launch experience, 3 years of software design and architecture experience, programming-language experience, and technical leadership experience. Compensation is PLN 480,000–492,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
