Collectors is hiring a senior software engineer for its Grading Operations team to own complex, loosely defined projects spanning backend services, APIs, data models, event-driven pipelines, containerized applications, serverless systems, and frontend features. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong C# and .NET proficiency, production cloud and database experience, API and integration work, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and mentoring responsibilities. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams, contribute to design documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation.
