Spring Health is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and engineering of its mobile experiences. The role owns team architecture, AI-augmented workflows, mobile CI/CD, release processes, SDK and framework upgrades, tech debt reduction, cross-team initiatives, and engineering mentorship. It is a hybrid position based in New York City with an expectation to work in the office two to three days per week, requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience and five years of mobile app experience with Flutter and React Native, and offers a target base salary of $208,000 to $258,000 plus equity and benefits.
