Description
Tubi is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead the technical architecture and production evolution of its AI-centric business platforms, including extraction pipelines, confidence scoring, cross-system data aggregation, and user-facing intelligence layers. The role owns complex subsystems involving non-deterministic AI, heterogeneous data integration, reliability, human-in-the-loop automation, and scalable AI systems, while also raising engineering standards through code review and technical analysis. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, strong distributed-systems and full-stack expertise, and familiarity with the listed Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Python, and AI API technologies. The position is hybrid in Toronto, Canada, with an annual salary of CAD 164,600–235,100 and eligibility for a discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
