Intuit is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its QuickBooks Workforce Solutions team to set technical direction for iOS across a portfolio of products used by millions of small business owners. The role owns multi-quarter architectural roadmaps, hands-on Swift development, shared frameworks, on-device AI and machine learning, AI-assisted development, engineering quality, security, and cross-functional delivery. Candidates need at least eight years of software engineering experience, including six or more years building production iOS applications in Swift, along with expertise in iOS frameworks, modular architecture, on-device inference, mobile quality, security, and mentoring. The position is based in Mountain View with a base pay range of $202,500 to $274,000.
