Description
FINRA is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to develop and improve software products across the software development life cycle. The role focuses on scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven workflows, AWS cloud services, CI/CD, data persistence, performance optimization, and engineering operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, at least five years of related experience, and experience with system design, object-oriented development, cloud technologies, data storage, performance tuning, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and software security. The position is hybrid with defined in-person presence requirements and occasional travel and extended hours.
