Description
NinjaOne is hiring Staff Software Engineers across multiple product teams to lead large-scale technical initiatives, shape software architecture, make autonomous technical decisions, collaborate with product and infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and establish quality and technical standards. The role requires 12+ years of Java software development experience, 5+ years designing highly scalable systems, expertise in API and RESTful services, relational database design, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is eligible for full-time hybrid remote work from specified United States states or physical offices in Austin, Texas, and Tampa, Florida; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 per year for roles in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
