Candescent is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to work across the full technology stack, developing backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, and frontend interfaces with ReactJS or React Native and TypeScript. The role involves end-to-end feature delivery, API integration, architectural decisions, code reviews, and production issue resolution. Candidates need 12+ years of full-stack engineering experience, a mandatory engineering degree, and familiarity with databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices; Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and fintech or distributed-systems experience are preferred.
