Description
Twilio is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for its Platform Engineering organization. The role owns reliability, availability, performance, capacity, observability, and recovery for significant production services; defines SLIs and SLOs; leads incident response and post-mortems; writes and deploys reliability-focused code; orchestrates complex changes; and mentors engineers. It requires 8+ years of related engineering experience, substantial reliability or platform engineering experience, production-system accountability, distributed-systems expertise, and experience with large-scale cloud systems. The role is remote and based in Ireland, with occasional travel for project or team meetings.
