Description
Nu is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture of its global lending platform across Brazil, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, and future markets. The role owns platform-scale data architecture, schema evolution, data contracts, event-driven systems, analytics pipelines, observability, and shared infrastructure, while partnering with product, business, and engineering stakeholders and mentoring senior engineers. It is a hybrid role requiring at least two office visits per week and is available in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, or Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
