Attentive is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build, scale, and operate production-grade machine learning systems that power real-time personalization across its marketing platform. The role requires extensive experience with machine learning, data analysis, scalable systems, model development and validation, and cross-functional projects, along with proficiency in Python and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, xgboost, pandas, SQL, and Spark. The position is full-time and offers a US base salary of $320,000 to $360,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
