The AI/ML Engineer will design and own frameworks, models, and machine-learning pipelines for AI-native and full-stack LLM applications. The role involves rapid prototyping, experimentation, production-grade model development, performance optimization, and collaboration with product, AI, design, and business-unit teams. Candidates need a computer science or related degree or equivalent practical experience, at least eight years of AI/ML application experience, lead experience with AI/ML engineers, and expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, cloud platforms, and LLM technologies.
