Description
Nubank is hiring a senior technical leader to architect and lead the technical direction of its NuPay payment platform. The role oversees authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, high availability, security, observability, and integration with internal payment systems, while partnering with Product, Risk, and Finance teams and mentoring senior engineers. Candidates need a track record of distributed-system leadership, high-availability expertise, FinTech payments or core banking experience, and experience mentoring senior engineers. The position is based in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, or Campinas, Brazil, on a hybrid model.
