Description
CoreWeave is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Observability to lead the design, deployment, maintenance, and scaling of logging, tracing, metrics, monitoring, alerting, and telemetry systems supporting its global GPU cloud. The role owns production cluster management, incident response, root-cause analysis, post-mortems, observability best practices, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least seven years of software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related experience, and expertise in observability tools, Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices. The base salary is 369,000 PLN to 493,000 PLN gross annually, with medical, dental, pension, life assurance, and other benefits.
