Luminai is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Platform to design, implement, and lead foundational platform development for deploying and scaling executable AI automations in production. The role owns developer experience, build and CI/CD systems, quality tooling, core abstractions, reliability and observability, and secure access, secrets, and authentication defaults. Candidates need 8+ years of software engineering experience, experience shipping high-quality code on hard problems, experience building internal frameworks or developer tooling, production backend systems experience, and familiarity with modern infrastructure stacks.
