Description
Anyscale is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical vision for its Infrastructure team. The role focuses on architecting and evolving the control plane and data plane for Ray cluster orchestration, optimizing high-performance infrastructure for large-scale AI/ML workloads, establishing reliability and observability standards, integrating accelerators and containers, resolving technical debt, and mentoring engineers while influencing cross-functional teams. The position requires at least five years of production software and distributed systems experience, cloud-native platform expertise, Kubernetes mastery, Linux and networking knowledge, and proficiency in Go and Python.
