Crogl is hiring a Staff Software Engineer - Product to serve as the technical anchor for an engineering team. The role owns architecture, technical design, delivery, and complex mission-critical initiatives for a compound AI platform involving agents, LLMs, and RAG, while driving reliability, evaluation, scale, engineering standards, and mentorship. The position requires 8+ years of back-end engineering experience, production distributed-systems expertise, hands-on AI-system experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
