Description
Holly is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Product to own the technical direction and architecture of its HR platform used by city and county governments. The role is a hands-on full-stack position spanning React, TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, AI and agent systems, data pipelines, and production reliability. The engineer will lead high-impact product initiatives, set architecture and quality standards, work directly with founders, and raise the engineering bar across teams. This is an onsite role based in New York City, four days per week, with candidates required to reside in New York or commute to the office and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
