Description
Sia Partners is hiring a Staff Engineer to design and deliver scalable, production-grade AI and generative AI platforms in its AI Factory. The role owns backend architecture, deploys and optimizes machine learning models, builds cloud infrastructure and microservices, and leads containerization, observability, database performance, and client-facing technical delivery. It requires a quantitative master’s or PhD, at least 8 years of engineering experience, strong Python or Java/JavaScript expertise, and experience with Terraform, Helm, GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, and production ML systems.
