GridUnity is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Engineering to own and scale its quality engineering strategy across product lines. The role focuses on release governance, agent-generated test coverage, evaluation and calibration of AI-produced outputs, developer-owned quality, behavioral validation, tooling decisions, and mentoring engineers. It requires 10+ years of software engineering, quality engineering, or SDET experience, enterprise SaaS testing expertise, evidence-based release governance, AI-produced-output experience, CI/CD depth, and organizational influence.
