Description
Axon is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Real-Time Operations team to own the client architecture and frontend foundations strategy for its real-time crime center and operations platform. The role defines scalable, configurable, and extensible client experiences; establishes frontend architecture, shared libraries, build and delivery systems, and cross-cutting platform concerns; drives reliability, performance, observability, and resilience; leads AI-assisted engineering adoption; reviews designs; and mentors senior engineers. The position is based in Axon's Seattle office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Monday, and offers a base pay range of $168,750 to $270,000 USD.
