Addepar is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Reference Data Team in the United States. The role focuses on architecting and implementing scalable data solutions for financial market and security master data, including ingestion, distribution, AI-native product development, and production services. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, partnering with product and engineering teams, evaluating technology decisions, and mentoring engineers. The position requires a computer science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of software engineering experience, and expertise with distributed systems, microservices, messaging queues, and languages such as PySpark, Python, or Java. The base salary range is $150,000 to $234,000 USD, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
