Arm is hiring a Staff/Principal Software Engineer for its Infrastructure Solutions Software team to lead post-silicon firmware releases for datacenter SoC software projects. The role owns release planning, readiness, quality, defect management, development-environment requirements, and delivery risk across engineering teams, platforms, and sites, while coordinating cross-team and cross-location collaboration. Required experience includes firmware or low-level system software, production-quality software delivery, release leadership, defect management, and system integration; knowledge of server-class SoCs and Arm-based technologies is preferred.
