Description
Temporal is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Replication Foundations team within Cloud Global Services. The role sets technical direction for the OSS replication stack and leads architecture, protocol design, implementation, rollout, operations, debugging, and reliability initiatives for high-availability namespaces, cross-cluster and cross-region replication, and workload migration. The engineer will define consistency and operational guarantees, collaborate with product and engineering teams, lead design reviews and incident response, and mentor engineers. The position requires a track record of complex distributed systems, deep knowledge of replication and fault tolerance, experience with production debugging, and proficiency writing concurrent Go code.
