Hinge Health is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Service Enablement team to build and operate foundational platforms, automation, developer experience, cloud and service platforms, reliability, observability, security, CI/CD, and AI/ML enablement. The role owns multi-quarter technical roadmaps, leads architecture and design reviews, sets operational standards, runs production initiatives, and mentors engineers. It is a Bengaluru-based hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office, with collaboration across time zones and San Francisco meetings in the late evening India Standard Time.
