Ode is hiring an Applied AI Engineering Lead to work on a small team building AI products for clients. The role combines end-to-end technical ownership with substantial individual-contributor work: roughly 75% coding and 25% client-facing technical work. Candidates should have 8+ years of engineering experience, a strong interest in applying software engineering fundamentals to AI systems, and the ability to work with senior technical stakeholders.
