d-Matrix is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, SIMD Kernels to help productize software for its AI compute engine. The role develops, enhances, and maintains software kernels for machine-learning operators such as softmax, layer normalization, and activation functions; builds developer-friendly SDK solutions; and analyzes performance. Candidates need a master's or PhD in a relevant field, at least five years of industry experience, strong computer-architecture and machine-learning knowledge, C/C++ and Python skills, and experience implementing algorithms and ML operators on specialized hardware.
