LinkedIn is hiring a Staff Engineer to own the technical vision, architecture, and execution of its Evaluation Operating System (EOS), a foundational platform for evaluating AI agents and generative AI products. The role covers distributed data infrastructure, evaluation models, tracing, adversarial and champion/challenger experimentation, real-time monitoring, and integration of evaluation into the AI development lifecycle. It is based in Mountain View, California, with a hybrid work arrangement, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of deep-learning systems experience, and hands-on experience with distributed systems and production AI agents.
