Description
Tamarind is hiring a Staff Software Engineer / Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across its engineering team while continuing to build and operate infrastructure, backend services, APIs, and product development. The role partners with the CTO on architecture and major initiatives, guides 7–8 engineers, leads design reviews, mentors engineers, improves reliability and scalability, and works with customers and internal stakeholders. It requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure expertise, AWS experience, and onsite work in San Francisco.
