Description
Ridgeline is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Trading Team to build, enhance, and support high-quality applications for its Trade Order Management solution. The role spans the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, production troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical support for critical trading workflows. The engineer will work with AWS and modern backend technologies, collaborate across product, design, strategy, and engineering, and mentor fellow engineers. The position requires a degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or an equivalent field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, and 6+ years of Java or Kotlin experience; it is hybrid and requires the ability to work in Ireland without employer sponsorship.
