Intuit is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its QuickBooks Workforce Solutions team to build AI-driven, cloud-native Human Capital Management and team-management software. The role leads full-stack technical initiatives across API, data, front-end, and back-end systems; sets technical direction; mentors engineers; leads design and project planning; applies AI to products and engineering; and owns quality through testing, CI/CD, observability, security, performance, and accessibility. The position requires 8+ years of full-stack SaaS development, strong Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React expertise, plus experience with web APIs, testing, CI/CD, and technical leadership. The expected base pay range is $202,500–$274,000 in New York.
