Arm is hiring a Software Performance Analysis Engineer to lead a small group of engineers and improve the performance of software running on Arm systems. The role involves people management, planning and delivery, continuous learning, profiling and tracing large applications, identifying performance bottlenecks, documenting analysis, presenting findings, and collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and open-source communities. The position requires at least two years of managerial experience, strong C/C++ skills, and experience with application profiling and tracing; it also offers hybrid working and employer-paid skilled-worker sponsorship.
