Description
Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Staff Software Quality Engineer to own and continuously improve the joint venture’s software quality framework across vehicle programs. The role defines code coverage, static analysis, release quality gates, and quality metrics; leads adoption across firmware and software domains; partners with engineering and program leadership; and develops training and documentation. It requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical field, at least six years of software quality engineering experience, embedded or systems software experience, and proficiency with C/C++, Rust, and Kotlin, including Android platform development.
