Description
Aerostar is hiring a Staff Solutions Engineer to architect and translate government and defense ISR mission requirements into technical payload specifications, flight profiles, concepts of operations, and defense-positioning strategies. The role partners with DoD and government stakeholders, program managers, and tactical operators; it is primarily an office-based engineering position with occasional production or field operations exposure and less than 50% travel. Relocation may be available, and the posting lists engineering education, defense and ISR experience, and leadership experience as preferred qualifications.
