Mozilla is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) to support Firefox Enterprise growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role is customer-facing and technical, involving enterprise solution design, workshops, pilots, proofs of concept, deployment planning, security and interoperability validation, and technical enablement for customers and partners. Candidates need 7+ years of experience in a senior solutions, sales, architecture, security, or technical account management role, strong enterprise security and deployment knowledge, and native-level German fluency. The position is remote in Germany with a base salary of €81,000–€108,000 EUR plus a performance-driven sales bonus.
