Description
Renesas Electronics is hiring a Test Operations and Engineering Specialist to support semiconductor test operations after manufacturing release. The role coordinates with product groups and functional teams across multiple countries, manages test manufacturing activities at internal factories and outsourced OSATs, supports probe and final test transfers, expands test capacity, deploys tester and handler technology, and drives OEE, yield, retest, and gross-margin improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably more than five years of high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing experience, familiarity with major ATE tester platforms, and Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
