IONOS is hiring a Staff Storage Reliability Engineer to develop, deploy, and support its global public Object Storage platform based on Ceph. The role involves managing Ceph clusters, optimizing performance, automating deployments and maintenance, troubleshooting complex storage issues, and collaborating with development, operations, and other teams. Candidates need at least five years of experience as a Senior Linux Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer, strong Ceph and Linux knowledge, cloud storage experience, automation and monitoring skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms and containers.
