Description
Oura is hiring a Staff Strategic Sourcing Manager, Logistics to own sourcing strategy and commercial execution across logistics, warehousing, freight, returns, and related business operations spend. The individual contributor will lead RFQ, RFP, and competitive-bid processes, negotiate supplier terms, reduce costs through benchmarking and modeling, manage supplier performance and contracts, and build scalable sourcing systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 8–10+ years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience, and expertise in logistics, freight, warehousing, 3PL, returns, global trade compliance, and supplier negotiations. Regional salary ranges are $169,150–$190,000, $180,000–$210,000, and $198,050–$230,000, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
