Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electronics to lead supplier readiness and launch execution for critical electronic components and assemblies, including ECUs, PCBAs, TLAs, sensors, modules, and related electrical systems. The role owns supplier industrialization from sourcing through stable production, leads APQP, LQP/PPAP, risk assessments, process controls, testing, capacity readiness, safe launch, and run-at-rate activities, resolves launch and production issues, conducts supplier audits and root-cause analysis, and mentors engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of automotive electronics manufacturing or supplier-industrialization experience, and knowledge of SMT, PCBA manufacturing, automotive quality standards, and launch engineering practices.
