Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Chassis Systems to lead supplier APQP execution, chassis design and manufacturing reviews, engineering changes, supplier assessments, audits, process capability analysis, and corrective actions through mass production. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of high-volume manufacturing or assembly experience, including 6 years of hands-on APQP and PPAP execution, and expertise with chassis or complex metal components and quality methods such as GD&T, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, and DFM/A. The position involves global travel to Lucid and supplier sites, potentially 25% to 75%, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
