Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to lead the industrialization of exterior trim systems from early design through production launch and sustained manufacturing performance. The role owns industrialization strategy, supplier selection, manufacturing feasibility, tooling readiness, APQP, PPAP, capacity validation, supplier audits, quality and process controls, and cross-functional delivery. Candidates need at least six years of high-volume automotive manufacturing experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, and hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, supplier readiness, tooling, process validation, and launch execution.
