Description
Lucid is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to serve as the technical authority for Drive Unit and Metals commodities. The role owns supplier manufacturing strategy, APQP and PPAP launch readiness, capacity and tooling validation, quality recovery, risk mitigation, and technical decision-making across castings, forgings, precision machining, gears, rotor and stator components, motor housings, and drive unit assemblies. The engineer will partner with design, manufacturing, supply management, quality, technical program management, operations, and global suppliers, with a 12+ year experience requirement and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
