Lucid is hiring a Staff Supply Chain Manager to lead global sourcing for thermal systems. The role owns the global commodity strategy, leads supplier identification, RFQs, cost analysis, negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, supplier development, parts availability, and program delivery through prototype builds and production ramp. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 8–15 years of progressive purchasing or supply chain experience, expertise in thermal management systems and automotive part launches, and the ability to travel 15–25% domestically and internationally.
