Description
BKF Engineers is hiring a Staff Surveyor to support senior surveyors and project managers on boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction staking, GIS, BIM, 3D laser scanning, and related surveying projects. The role includes preparing mapping deliverables and legal descriptions, post-processing data from total stations, GPS, levels, laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems, drafting in Autodesk Civil 3D, building 3D models, and occasional travel to job sites, offices, and client locations. The position seeks 0–3 years of office surveying experience; PLS or LSIT credentials and construction staking or laser-scanning experience are preferred. The stated base salary is $60,000–$87,000 annualized, paid hourly on a bi-weekly schedule, with benefits including profit sharing, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, flexible schedules, and education reimbursement.
