Dexcom is hiring a Software Quality and Risk Management Lead to provide technical leadership for software quality assurance, risk management, software lifecycle compliance, verification and validation, and regulatory quality activities across medical-device products. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, risk assessments, quality systems, digital transformation, regulatory inspections, and organizational improvements, while mentoring engineers and influencing product and organizational decisions. It requires extensive medical-device and software quality experience, knowledge of FDA, IEC, ISO, and EU regulatory requirements, and typically a bachelor’s degree plus 8–12 years of related experience or equivalent experience with a master’s or PhD. The position is remote from a home office, with a hybrid option available for candidates within commuting distance of an assigned site, and offers $116,600–$194,400 in salary plus benefits.
