Ford is hiring a Senior System Software Integration and Validation Engineer to design, develop, and execute verification and validation activities for automotive software and systems. The role includes building automated test benches, creating V&V plans and test cases, integrating hardware and software, debugging cross-functional issues, and reporting results. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of automotive or relevant industry experience, and expertise in automotive systems, embedded software, control systems, testing instrumentation, communication protocols, HIL platforms, and system-level debugging. The position is hybrid and offers visa sponsorship.
